1. The inside and outside of the tank are mirror-polished to reduce the chance of contamination;
2. A variety of standard and non-standard stirring blades and tanks with different diameter-to-height ratios are optional to adapt to the fermentation of different microorganisms;
3. The sanitary 316L stainless steel bottom annular gas distributor is professionally designed with uniform bubble distribution and pores that are not easily blocked;

Ph Control
Adding acid or alkali fluids by peristaltic pumps to alter and balance the Ph value so as to get the expected results.
Temperature
A heating insulation jacket and the heating and cooling functions of the control are together to help the temperature control.
DO Control
The rotameters can manually control the air input by one or four ways gas inlet and thus change the DO ratio by the agitator.
Material
The glass is all made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass and the steel is premium SS304 (optional SS316L) stainless steel.

Types of Airlift Bioreactor
Internal Loop Airlift Bioreactor
As for the internal loop airlift bioreactors, compressed air is used for aeration and agitation. The turbulence caused by the gas/fluid flow ensures adequate mixing of the liquid. The gas used for agitation can act to either side, introduce new molecules to the mixture inside the bioreactor, or remove specific metabolic molecules produced by microorganisms.
